To date, MSR Builders has specialized in building spec homes with upscale features found mainly in custom homes. The partners in MSR Builders actually work on the job sites and take a hands-on approach to the building of houses. This allows direct contact with the subs every day which in turn guarantees that everyone is putting out a quality product.

This hands-on direct contact approach is also how they deal with homeowners. By being so close to the jobs, even the spec houses can be customized once a buyer is committed. Our answer if at possible to a request from a potential homeowner is "yes, we can!" We are committed to quality no matter what price point house we are building.
